Open Call: Webinar and Digital Portfolio Review II – Connecting Practices, Locally and Globally, for Artists in Southern Sweden with Curators based in Sweden and across Europe.
Regionsamverkan Sydsverige and the Swedish Curators’ Association invite to a webinar and a digital portfolio review.
The webinar is open to everyone while participants for the portfolio review will be selected by open call: Eight curators and 30 artists.
The aim of the webinar is to provide participants with tools and insights ahead of the portfolio review, focusing on the dialogue between curator and artist, and on the processes that can evolve through various forms of collaboration.
The portfolio review offers professional artists based in Blekinge, Halland, Jönköping, Kalmar, Kronoberg, and Skåne an opportunity to present their artistic practice to curators based in Sweden and across Europe.
The aim is to strengthen the regional art scene and promote professionalization and internationalization within the visual arts.
This initiative fosters structured collaboration between curators and artists, creating opportunities for exposure and meaningful dialogue between diverse art professionals.
